FAQ


Before you buy

It is super easy to make an order. You can buy any of our products that are listed through our website all day long while stocks last. The Shop page is where you go to make your purchases. We try not to complicate things by only putting in the important buttons and information regarding each product. Alternatively, you can email us if you are planning to have a big order.

We trust PayPal a lot, and so should you. Therefore we encourage our customers to pay through PayPal with their credit cards (MasterCard or Visa) to ensure a smooth purchase without any hassle. Plus, online payment has been very safe with the constant technological and safety updates by these payment platforms. Again, do contact us if you feel there is a better solution for orders above SGD$500 in one order.

Don’t worry on this. We like to give discounts and there will be a weekly promotion code for our customers to use. Our codes will be listed publicly on the website.

Our On Sale items usually stays only for a few days or even hours. They are perfectly usable products that may or may not have minor screen / print smudges. Most of these products are low-stock items which are eager to get to their new owner. Items are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for other products.



Shipping

Your order will be processed, packed and shipped the following business day. We’ll ensure that the product(s) you ordered will be in good shape and our friends at SingPost will take care of the rest. For local Singapore orders we have stated the shipping fees on the checkout page. The fees will be adjusted accordingly upon payment for multiple orders.

We definitely welcome international orders. Shipment of products will be handled by SingPost. If you prefer other couriers, we also work with DHL and FedEx on door-to-door delivery. Do enquire us for the fees.

Local delivery usually takes up a day or two, or up to three days depending on when your order has been made. Do take note of public holidays and non-business days which can cause delay in delivery. International delivery will depend on the type of shipment you have opted upon purchase. We will advise you accordingly but most international orders will reach you in 2-4 weeks.

We will appreciate orders to be thoroughly considered before any payment has been made. Do not hesitate to contact or email us if you would like to cancel any order. You can exchange non-sale and non-discounted products within 7 days. Shipping the item back to us will be handled by you and we would offer a kind gesture in sending the new item back to you, delivery on us.

Collaborations for new artworks and illustrations are what we always enjoy doing. If you think we can work something out together, contact us for coffee!

We’d love to have coffee with you and discuss our terms and conditions. Currently we do work on wholesale and consignment basis.
